"I did first, last, and middle initial. I was asked if they could just do first and last name to keep it simple. I go by part of my middle name. So I told them I wanted to keep it in. Which they were good with. I got two different versions, and both were nice. I picked the one that was easier to sign and match my personality. It did take me a bit to figure out doing the middle initial last to make the whole signature to work out better. The middle initial flare brushes at part of the bottom of my last name. I think it is a very reasonable price for the service."
