Revisions: You get revisions on one selected design within 100 days of first delivery. Tell us what to change — bolder, simpler, a different flow. The name is locked once revisions begin, because every design is drawn around your exact name.
Turnaround: Your initial designs arrive by email within 24 to 72 hours of your order. Need it sooner? Add "rush" in the note field when ordering.
Video tutorial: The Standard and Full packs include a personal video tutorial (MP4) showing your signature stroke by stroke. A printable practice worksheet comes with every pack. Check the listing for what your package includes.
Files: Every pack includes PNG files. Choose the Full Package to also get an SVG (vector) file, your signature watermark, the video tutorial and the practice worksheet.

I did first, last, and middle initial. I was asked if they could just do first and last name to keep it simple. I go by part of my middle name. So I told them I wanted to keep it in. Which they were good with. I got two different versions, and both were nice. I picked the one that was easier to sign and match my personality. The seller's communication and response was always very quick and friendly. It was interesting to see what the signature could look like. But I won't use them. For the price that's okay.
